Took a Cogwheel train to the Schynige Platte which was high in the Alps and gave us a beautiful view of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. We also got to see the North Face of the Eiger which is notorious for climbers and what the clothing brand is named after. There is so much beautiful scenery that we were simply overwhelmed.
It was a beautiful fall day in Switzerland and we enjoyed strolling around Interlaken enjoying the scenery. For dinner we had another Swiss tradition - Raclette.
Travel day tomorrow as we make our way to Zermatt. It is harder than it sounds as several train transfers will be required. Looking forward to seeing the Matterhorn when we get there however.
