We will be retiring in 2026 and will be heading to Europe for several months to celebrate. We have passage on the Queen Mary booked for September 2026 however this may change depending upon the ongoing political mess in the United States.
We have travelled extensively in Europe before separately. The main purpose of this trip is to check off all of the items on our individual bucket lists that we haven't exeperienced yet.
The exact details of the trip will be nebulous even after it has started. Once in Europe we will have a few definitive dates however we want to keep things flexible to optimize the experience.
This site will be the medium for logging and communicating the experiences of this exciting adventure. It will contain a trip journal including blogs, pictures and videos. Keep checking the site as content will be added to it regularily.
